• Automatic Rental Passport updates continue while Plaid remains connected
• Disconnecting Plaid pauses future automatic updates but preserves previously verified history

Landlords receive only verified information presented through the Rental Passport.

Information is retained while an account remains active or as necessary to provide services and satisfy legal obligations.
